Reservation Process: Appointments are exclusively booked through our online portal or by direct contact with us, ensuring personalized attention from the moment you reach out. To secure your session, a $50 min deposit is required at booking, reflecting the tailored preparation we undertake for each client. Early reservations are recommended due to limited availability, as we prioritize crafting intimate, unhurried experiences. Cancellation & Rescheduling: To honor the time reserved for you, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Deposits are fully refundable for changes made within this window. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit, ensuring fairness for all who seek our services. Arrival & Etiquette: Please arrive 10 minutes early to savor the serene ambiance of my spa and begin your ritual with ease. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect subsequent bookings, with the full fee applied. Your session is a sacred space, and we ask for devices to be silenced and turned off to preserve the tranquility. Health & Customization: To tailor your experience, please inform us of any health conditions or preferences at booking. The use of homegrown herbs, mineral-rich local clay, and organic oils is customized to your needs, ensuring a deeply personal journey. For facials, our all-natural skincare lines will be similarly adapted. This policy ensures that every moment in the spa is a testament to excellence, crafted for those who demand the finest.
