Cancellation Policy
At Ojai Wellness, we honor the sacred rhythm of giving and receiving. Every appointment, every remedy, and every offering is a living exchange of energy, intention, and healing. Our Sacred Exchange & Flow Policy is woven from deep respect for your nervous system, your time, and the delicate unfolding of your healing journey. For Appointments & Breathwork / Receiving Sessions: Your booking is a sacred reservation of space held just for you. We ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations so the energy can be lovingly offered to another seeking soul. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to honor those who follow. We gently encourage arriving with time to settle your system and fully arrive. A deposit is required at the time of booking to anchor your intention and hold the container. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours will surrender their deposit and be charged 50% of the service fee. No shows are charged the full amount of the appointment. For Shop Products & Remedies: All handmade, alchemized offerings are final sale. Because each batch is infused with prayer, specific lunar cycles, and living ingredients, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the energy has been received into your field. If a product arrives damaged during its journey to you, please reach out within 48 hours with a photo and we will lovingly resolve it with care. We trust that when the timing is aligned, the right souls arrive. If life shifts and you need to reschedule, we invite you to listen to your body and communicate with as much grace and notice as possible.
